Terms of Service

These terms apply to lotusfarmacy.com and the services we offer through it, including online sign-up forms, Lottie (our chat assistant), and links to our ordering and payment partners. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who can use the site

The site is intended for adults. Medical cannabis may only be purchased by patients registered with the Georgia Medical Cannabis program who present their physical registry card and a valid government-issued photo ID in person. Hemp-derived THC products are sold only to adults 21 and older with valid ID.

Information on the site

We work to keep hours, products, prices and THC percentages accurate, but they can change without notice, and THC percentages reflect lab testing at packaging and may vary by batch. Product availability is confirmed at the time of purchase. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell any product where its sale is not permitted.

Third-party services

Some features are provided by other companies, including online ordering (Botanical Sciences), pay-by-bank payments (Aeropay), telehealth certification visits (Elevated Health MD), sign-up forms and messaging (our customer relationship platform), and maps (Google). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We aren't responsible for third-party sites.

Lottie, our chat assistant

Lottie is an automated chat assistant that answers common questions from information we provide. Its answers are general information, may not be complete, and are not medical advice. If you choose to send a question to our team, we'll use the name, email and question you provide to reply, usually within one business day.

Intellectual property

The Lotus Farmacy name, lotus logo, "Bloom Higher" and site content belong to Lotus Farmacy and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lotus Farmacy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Sign-up forms (such as Lotus Loyalty): first and last name, date of birth, phone number, email, how you heard about us, and your text and email consent choices.
• Lottie (chat): the questions you type and, if you ask us to follow up, your name and email.
• Device preferences: the site stores small preferences in your browser, such as whether you've closed the Lotus Loyalty invitation. These stay on your device.

How we use it

We use your information to run Lotus Loyalty and Lotus Love, send the messages you've agreed to receive, answer your questions, and improve our services. We don't sell your personal information.

Text messaging data

We do not share or sell your mobile phone number, text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers that help us deliver messages, and only for that purpose.

Health information

Information you share with our pharmacy as a patient, such as prescriptions and registry status, is protected health information and is handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices, available in store and on request. Please don't send health details through website forms or the chat assistant.

Records of consent

When you opt in to texts or email, we keep a record of your consent, including the date and time, the form you used, the consent wording shown to you, and technical details such as IP address, so we can show when and how you agreed. We keep opt-out requests on record too, so we don't contact you again after you opt out.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop receiving messages, by emailing info@lotusfarmacy.com or calling (678) 335-4441. We may keep records we're required to keep by law.

Children

The site and our programs are not directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

SMS / Text Message Terms

Program description

Lotus Farmacy offers two separate, optional text programs, each with its own checkbox:

• Updates (non-marketing): store updates, education, order and account notices, and news from Lotus Farmacy.
• Marketing: special offers, discounts, new product updates and other promotional messages from Lotus Farmacy.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the matching box on a Lotus Farmacy sign-up form and submitting it. The boxes are never pre-checked, and you can join Lotus Loyalty without checking either one. By checking a box, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Lotus Farmacy at the number you provided, which may be sent using automated technology. Your consent applies only to Lotus Farmacy.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, REVOKE or OPT OUT, or tell us in any reasonable way, such as calling (678) 335-4441, emailing info@lotusfarmacy.com or telling us in store. We'll honor your request promptly and within the time the law requires, and we may send one final message confirming your opt-out. Opting out of one program doesn't affect the other unless you ask us to stop both.

When we text

We send messages only between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in your local time. We honor the National Do Not Call Registry and Georgia's no-call rules for telemarketing calls and messages, except where you have given us your express written consent.

Eligibility

You must be 21 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the phone number to sign up for marketing texts. Product-related promotions are sent only where permitted by Georgia law.

Carriers

Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and text opt-in data are never shared with third parties for their marketing.

Lotus Loyalty Program Terms

• Free to join. Membership is free and open to adults 18 and older. One membership per person.
• Free munchies, every visit. Members may choose one complimentary candy, snack, chips or drink per visit, from the selection we offer that day, while supplies last. No purchase is required. It has no cash value and can't be exchanged or carried over.
• Birthday month. Members receive a birthday gift and 25% off one order during their birthday month. The discount applies to one order, can't be combined with other discounts unless we say so, and applies only to products where a discount is permitted by law.
• Lucky Lotus. Members are automatically entered into the monthly Lucky Lotus giveaway. See the official rules.
• Members-only deals and first to know. Members receive exclusive offers and are the first to get an email when we restock or have new products coming.
• Points. Patients earn points on medical cannabis purchases that can be redeemed for a discount. Points have no cash value, can't be transferred, and may be applied at checkout or to an order-ahead total.
• Changes. We may change or end the program or its perks with notice posted on this page. We may end a membership that's used fraudulently.

Lucky Lotus Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

• Eligibility: Legal residents of Georgia, 18 or older. Employees of Lotus Farmacy and their immediate families aren't eligible.
• How to enter: Lotus Loyalty members are entered automatically each month. To enter without joining, email info@lotusfarmacy.com with the subject "Lucky Lotus" and your name and phone number, limit one entry per person per month.
• Drawing: Winners are chosen at random from all eligible entries each calendar month. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries.
• Prizes: Prizes may include gift cards, merchandise or other items, as announced each month. Cannabis products are not offered as prizes. Prizes can't be exchanged for cash.
• Notification: Winners are contacted by phone or email and must respond within 7 days, or an alternate winner may be chosen.

Lotus Love Referral Terms

• How it works: When a new patient you refer makes their first purchase at Lotus Farmacy, you receive a $10 store credit.
• Unlimited and stackable: There's no limit on referrals, and credits can be combined.
• Who counts as new: Someone who has never purchased from Lotus Farmacy before. The new patient should mention your name at their first purchase. Self-referrals don't qualify.
• Using credit: Credit has no cash value, can't be transferred, and may be applied only to products where a discount is permitted by law.
• Changes: We may change or end Lotus Love with notice posted on this page. Credits earned before a change will be honored.

Information on this site, including product effects, flavors and chat answers, is general information and not medical advice. Product effects are general strain descriptions, not medical claims, and individual experiences vary. Talk with our licensed pharmacist or your healthcare provider about your situation, dosing and medication interactions.

Medical cannabis requires a valid Georgia Medical Cannabis registry card and photo ID, and the cardholder must be present to purchase. Georgia registry cards are not valid in other states. Hemp-derived THC products are for adults 21+ with valid ID. Keep all cannabis products away from children and pets. Don't drive or operate machinery after use.

Accessibility Statement

Lotus Farmacy wants everyone to be able to use our website and visit our pharmacy. Our store is ADA accessible, including wheelchair access. We design this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we test it with automated tools, keyboard-only navigation and screen-reader checks.

What we've built in

• Text and controls with sufficient color contrast, and visible focus outlines for keyboard users.
• A "Skip to main content" link, labeled navigation and a clear heading structure.
• Descriptive text for meaningful images, and labels on every form field.
• Reduced motion for visitors who prefer it in their device settings, and a "Pause motion" button for moving content.
• Layouts that work with zoom up to 200% and on phones, tablets and computers.

Third-party content

Some features come from partners, including our sign-up form, online ordering, payments, telehealth booking and maps. We choose partners with accessibility in mind, but we don't control their content. If a partner tool doesn't work for you, contact us and we'll help another way.
