Meenal
Lotus Farmacy is inspired by Meenal, Priya’s mother-in-law, who faced pancreatic cancer with extraordinary courage and grace. Throughout her journey, we saw how medical cannabis, alongside traditional medicine and a determined mindset, brought many moments of joy and comfort. It eased her pain, calmed her nausea, and helped her reclaim pieces of her daily life.

Questions, answered.
How do I qualify for a Georgia Medical Cannabis card?
A licensed provider reviews your medical history during a telehealth visit and determines eligibility. Elevated Health MD offers a money-back guarantee, so there's no risk in seeing if you qualify.
How do I get enrolled on the registry?
Schedule a telehealth appointment with Elevated Health MD. After your evaluation, the provider submits your certification to the Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH). DPH emails you to pay the state registration fee, and your physical card is mailed after payment.
How long does it take to receive my card?
Usually 5–10 business days after your appointment. Some patients have received theirs in under 48 hours.
How much does the state charge?
$30 plus a $3 convenience fee and $0.75 processing fee, for $33.75 total. This is separate from the doctor's fee and is paid directly to the Georgia DPH.
Can I visit before I receive my card?
Yes! We carry hemp-derived THC products (21+), wellness products, drinks, snacks, OTC medications and other convenience items that don't require a card.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, debit cards and Aeropay. Debit cards are run through our cashless ATM, so you can use your debit card right at the counter. Please bring your physical debit card: tap to pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay aren't accepted. Credit cards aren't accepted either. For order-ahead pickups, you can pay in advance with Aeropay.
Is the store wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Our store is ADA accessible, including wheelchair access. If you need any other help during your visit, call us at (678) 335-4441 and we'll be ready for you.
Is Lotus Farmacy family friendly?
Yes. Our environment is clean, friendly and appropriate for all ages, and we carry much more than medical cannabis.
Do I need an appointment to shop?
No, walk-ins are welcome. Medical cannabis can only be dispensed while a licensed pharmacist is present, so check our hours before you come. Hemp-derived THC products (WYLD, One59 and more) are available whenever the store is open.
What can I purchase with my Georgia card?
Georgia allows the purchase of low-THC oil products that meet state guidelines. We carry a curated selection of compliant medical cannabis formulations designed to support wellness and symptom relief.
Can I use my Georgia card in other states?
No. Georgia's program has no reciprocity with other states. Your card is valid only at licensed dispensaries and pharmacies within Georgia.
Does insurance cover medical cannabis or the certification visit?
Unfortunately not. Medical cannabis and certification appointments aren't covered by insurance providers at this time.
What should I bring to purchase medical cannabis?
Your physical Georgia Medical Cannabis card and a valid government-issued photo ID, every visit. The person named on the card must be present.
